Refund and Return Policy

We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase, but if for any reason you are not, we offer a fair and clear return and refund policy to ensure a smooth shopping experience.


1. Return Policy:


If you receive a defective or damaged product, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order, and we will arrange for a return or replacement.

Returned items must be in their original condition, unused, and in the original packaging.

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the product is defective or damaged.

2. Refund Policy:


Once the returned item is received and inspected, we will process your refund within 7 business days. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method.

If the product is damaged during transit, we will cover the return shipping cost and offer either a full refund or a replacement.

Please note that customized items, or items that have been opened or used, are not eligible for refunds.
